Refund policy

Rental deposits and cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your rental booking.

• 21 days or more before the event: Full refund, including the deposit.
• 8–20 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
• 7 days or fewer before the event: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount applies.
